Calcium for strong bones and teeth

Getting your child into the habit of having three serves of dairy a day can help them get the calcium they need to develop and maintain healthy bones and teeth throughout their lives.

Milk and dairy foods are the richest source of calcium in the Australian diet. The recommended dietary intake (RDI) of calcium for children aged 1-3 years is 500-700 milligrams per day.
