Mango & Coconut Lassi

Per Serve: 1 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Australian low fat natural yogurt, well chilled
  • 1 cup Australian low fat milk, well chilled
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • ¾ cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
  • 1-2 drops coconut essence

Method:

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. 

Variations:

Substitute the mango and coconut for:

  • 100g frozen raspberries and 1-2 drops of rosewater
  • 100g mixed berries
  • Substitute mango for banana.
