Mango & Coconut Lassi
Per Serve: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Australian low fat natural yogurt, well chilled
- 1 cup Australian low fat milk, well chilled
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- ¾ cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
- 1-2 drops coconut essence
Method:
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
Variations:
Substitute the mango and coconut for:
- 100g frozen raspberries and 1-2 drops of rosewater
- 100g mixed berries
- Substitute mango for banana.
