Tropical Bircher Muesli

Per Serve: 4

Ingredients:

  • 100g natural muesli
  • 60g wheat flakes
  • 1 apple, peeled and grated
  • 600g tub Australian low fat fruit yogurt
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into strips
  • pulp of 2 passionfruit
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted

Method:

  1. Combine muesli, flakes, apple and half the yogurt in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Divide cereal into four serving bowls. Top evenly with remaining yogurt, mango, passionfruit pulp and flaked almonds. Serve.
