Yogurt Crumble Cups

Per Serve: 2 as a snack

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup natural muesli
  • 1 cup canned fruit in natural juice (try plums, fruit salad, pears, peaches, apricots etc), quartered
  • 200g tub Australian reduced fat vanilla yogurt
  • cinnamon, to taste

Method:

  1. Layer the muesli, fruit and yogurt in a serving cup.
  2. Dust with cinnamon and serve.
