Due to their low GI (Glycemic Index) and lower fat and kilojoule (calorie) levels, Yoplait Lite and Yoplait formé yogurts are generally suitable for people watching their sugar and fat intake.
Yoplait formé yogurt contains an average of 5% total sugar. Of this, less than 1% is added sugar.
